As I have said that I would not make another post in a recent thread I am posting this here:

These are NOT the same thing

This is a public forum. I am free to post as I see fit, no matter what the OP states.

Seriously, it is a non-issue that you are blowing out of proportion.

I have some words for you that are not the same:

I myself have always favored strawberries. They are fairly easy to grow, most times you don't even have to tend them. Other than maybe pulling the weeds that may be choking the life out of the little fellers.

Plus once they are ripe, you can just make so much with them. Strawberries are great with most anything. Ice cream and cornbread and you have a Roy Rogers strawberry shortcake.

Personally I favor making strawberry breads and cakes.

If you pick them at the right time, heck, you barely need any sugar.

Correction, this is a private forum owned by an entity that can and does place limitations on what can be said. Violate their rules and they have the power and full authority to censor your comments or remove your ability to participate on their forums.

Fran, your ability to fail reading comprehension never ceases to amaze me. Keep up the good work because as frustrating as you can be at times you are often entertaining to read.

But you have to concern yourself with the acidity of the ground. My mother grew a batch of strawberries that not even the birds touched!

Tried one later on and found out why. Ohy ****... sucking a lemon was less tart.

Hrmm....That makes me wonder, could they crossbreed lemons and strawberries? That would make for a fine juice maybe.

Oh and you are very right about the acidity of the ground for growing food.

Also, I learned that tomatoes and jalapenos will taste a little like diesel if you accidentally spill some on their ground....and by some I mean like ten gallons.

It was an accident, but I may have actually found a new fuel source too.

    I stand corrected.

I'm glad you looked those up, because that other recent thread thread wasn't a petition until you tried to claim it was one.

    The Grapple. No , really - it's a thing.

But, it's not a crossbreeding thing. The saturate an apple with grape flavoring to make something that boarders on unholy.

I've always said, If life gives you lemons, try to find someone to whom life has given vodka and have a party.
