For all the budding graphic artists out there -

If you are sick and tired of MSPaint being your tool of circumstance, you can download and use GIMP for free (It's not as bad as it sounds out of context). GIMP is the open source equivalent of Photoshop. It's what I've been using to create the images in this thread. I can highly recommend it for all your 2D image needs...

Paint used to have a few more tools than the most recent version I got with Win7.
I've got a copy of Photoshop in storage. At the time I got it, it was more than I needed for every-day playing around so wasn't worth the effort to learn it.

I'll take a look at GIMP and give it a go. On my cover, the only part that really irked me was the "Rainbow In The Dark" script. I like how the "Radiant Arc" part turned out. (Can you tell the 'C' came from the 'D'?)

edit, post GIMP installation.... Wow, that is a pretty robust prog. Gonna have to dig around with that on a less vodka-infused day.
