Laughing at you G.
I think you're stuck with Pando unless you manage to find an alternate source from Google... too use at your own risks.
Once you've downloaded it, you can save the files ( after the install )... but remember that they are a snapshot of the game files at the moment of your download...

Lol Nexx, I got my new laptop and had to download ddo 3 times....at 9-10 hours each time Finally gave up after multiple error messages and used a zip drive to transfer it to my new computer, then took about 15 minutes to update...now I can play again
Without 15 minute load times

Omg, I know how that is! I remember trying to install ddo on both mine & my husband's brand new computers. That was a complete nightmare because of all different types of error messages that popped up. I looked each of them up and after 3-4 hours of just trying to straighten that out we were able to get the game up. But we did have to wait the extra 30 mins or so to update the game lol. I think I'm going to just wait until I actually have my own internet service to run my own computer. I'd rather not have to go through all of that just to install the game on my mother-in-laws laptop to just play for a little while, hehe.
Anyway, I hope to see you all in-game in a few months

Everyone major upgrade I pull down a full set, put it in a different directory, and patch it up. You never know when they have to roll back .
I also copy to another directory and use the DAT defragger after the minor updates.
I have a 6-8MB connection, so it doesn't take too long.
