Not true, at least as of a month ago. We were still able to to it with 3 folks on the levers (the 4th waiting up on the pipe); you just have to be fast (I had 20% sprint boost at the time) -- probably about a 1/4-1/2 second window for the overlap. 2 folks on levers is *theoretically* possible, but then the two people have to have near-perfect timing. With 3, you just need the "other 2" to pull theirs somewhere in between the double's first and second pull.
I'd be skeptical about someone being able to run up from the lever, even with sprint boost or jump abilities. Anyone seen that with their own two (virtual) eyes?

interesting on the levers, because when we tried it the first lever was always reseting as the 2nd lever was pulled and you didn't have any overlap. that is nice to know though because that makes it possible with 3 which is how many my guild normally has when we powerlevel .
i've made the run from the lever closest to the ramp on a fvs, a monk, and a monster build with sprint boost. you get there right as the air is ending.
Wow quite the consortium of replies here, i had moved on.
I guess when i say at level, i was running with terminology of max 20 vs still getting xp, kinda what a lot of people mean when they say at level, sorry if being off a couple levels hurt anyones feelings.
And yes, i guess i have to say it again, these raids have been solo'd many times at level not long after they were launched by just about every character class imaginable.
There is nothing unique about what i did, and that was the whole point of my message.
I have recently found in game this belief that these raids require a full group, one person even told me i could not solo them and another did not believe i had, so i posted some screen shots.
Trust, me there are no implied meanings!!!!

well the youtube videos on the first search results for dq solo are from sorcerer.
i gather anyone with shieldblock and guts can solo it as well, so nothing new to see here right?

your post wreaks of having not run it recently and/or never run it solo...the air eles aren't exactly easy anymore when solo since they blow out most forms of CC and FW...which is why I asked. Endless supply of mana doesn't quite apply when solo since you have to dodge the charges so you don't get overcharged as well as the time limit can actually can become an issue.
I've solo'd it at level (truely at level...ie 14 for norm) recently (since the update) on a wizzy and it was far more difficult than when I used to solo it on my clerics @ 16....
flying to the lever and back has never been difficult when solo...in fact, thats the easiest part of soloing it.
the charge makes you immune to knockdown so GoW isn't actually an issue other than it blowing out your firewalls/cc...assuming you can keep the charge up....while I agree it would certainly be harder on a halfling than a wf (assuming they aren't pm), dragonmarks would make it easier than...say an elf or a drow...
Yeah i think it should be vastly the same at level 14 as 16, and yes it was done with the new spell in place, that is why i actually have the spell, i took it as i was leveling up, as you know it does not drop in chests (gust of wind), any way it wasnt really hard for me at all to be truthfull.
Here is how, aggro the reaver, drop fire wall(s) on him and the eles, spam necro blast all the while and hop in a circle around the reaver after you are charged, as the eles blow out walls, drop more, throw some big fireballs, they all die, rinse and repeat until last ball is lit. Just dont get sucked up the middle.
Should be soloable by any one with any mass damage spell, including clerics, who can spam mass harm serious, or comet fall.
Regening SP with the charge is what makes this possible.
Just advisable to have some self healing, i could see how a straight fighter or barb would really struggle with it though.
