I am on the forums looking for those who like to play and have fun, and respect others playtime.
I'm not here to flame, i'm here to see those who never played PnP understand teh d20 system a little better, and be a more contributing player in-game.
You can be a brand new player, never played D&D, or DDO, and tell me: "I really want to learn how to play as a team member, and have fun with others, maybe join a guild" and I will spend the whole week grouping with you, and teaching you everything I know.
Anyone who knows me, knows I'm not an elitist, I have just been playing for a long time, and want to see the whole DDO community play the game well.
When a guild is created where their core knowledgebase is low, and they get a bad rep as a guild, it will become very hard for ANY members in that guild to get advice, and will have to learn the hard way.
Turbine created this rift between Old-timers and new players, it's because old-timers had 4 years to re-run adventures, and therefore memorize them, where new players get to hear old-timers tell them, "run here" ,"wait here", "look here", "fight here", "heal here", etc.
This old-timer didnt come into this game this way, Turbine taught me to play this game this way.
I really shouldn't post while sober.
