I assume you mean, if you can find a way to run shroud without being VIP?

If so, that's easy. Either spend some cash to open up that adventure pack, or tell everyone you'll lead the quest, but someone has to buy you a guest pass

That's it... they get a competent Shroud leader.. I get to run my favorite quest... and how long is a guest pass good for, what's it let you do?

I think by guest pass he meant purchasing the pass that lets you into the Vale. F2P only gets you into a limited area of the game and you have to purchase any place beyond that (i.e. desert, Restless Isles, etc.). The pass is permanent - a VIP has the option of purchasing a pass for a F2P player in the Turbine store. So, for example, I could say, "Babygirl, if you get me a pass to Reaver's Refuge, I'll lick your Soami Garden!" and she could use her points to get one for me, thereby letting me into that area.

I'm not absolutely certain, but I believe that when someone purchases a pass for an FTP player, it is not permanent... good for some duration of time, but it won't port you out of the shroud if your timer runs up.

Not sure if it's character-specific or account-wide, I'd have to imagine the latter.

The passes are 90 minutes long and Gawna I doubt I would have to use my points to get your to do that

Humor is known to lower blood pressure. You were hanging out with the wrong types.

PS - Mods had the hoover in over drive cleaning up the forums before you got back... just to keep you disappointed and away.
