    Server forums = Drama. You can get actual usable advice in the main areas like Technical assistance.

    First thing you should determine is what is your budget, functions (apps you run, portable) and what equipment can be reused (monitor, storage, software).

    Then, you can look for machines/components that will fit in your price range.
