    Default Reaver's Reach

    Hello - I'm a new player and found my way to Reaver's Reach on a level 18. All of the quest givers appear to be blocked by an invisible wall. I spoke to the Stormreaver who had me pick up the gem quest, but I can't figure out what I'm missing. Any help is appreciated - Thx

    There should be curtains there preventing you from walking through, but the curtains are currently invisible while the barrier remains. We'll be fixing this in the near future. In the meantime, if you go around to either the left or right of a curtain you should be able to get around it.

    Any way we can just have more open rooms leading to the quest givers? While I like some curtains for decoration, the whole thou shalt not pass this curtain bit is very wizard of Oz.

    You, friend, are most impressive! I’ve played for so many years and getting down there is still a struggle not to mention the quests themselves are crazy! My hat is off to you! I hope you love the game!

    RR is due for an overhaul in general...for how long it takes to get out to the quests (have to port to the boat, fall into the ocean, swim to the crack, path around to the quest giver, then navigate through a whole wilderness area) they're remarkably unrewarding. And on top of that have uniquely annoying mechanics too - the Knight's puzzle, the respawning Giants, the regenerating Scorrow PLUS a blackout puzzle. And of course no relevant gear anymore.

    Which is a shame since the wilderness zones are actually kinda fun and uniquely small, almost like mini-quests in themselves, and the quests, aside from those unfortunate design choices, are pretty playable. Just hard to justify the time spent vs. all the other quest options at that level.

    Turn down the Scorrow regen so its not such a DPS check...add an alternate path for the Kobold chess puzzle...and double all the base XP (including for the WZ objectives), and I think Reaver's regains relevant status in the Heroic campaign

    Please update the loot and remove the annoying flagging requirement for Stealer of Souls.

    Maybe just a more navigable Reavers in general? I absolutely DESPISE that area and have never done the full chain/raid specifically because getting around the quest giver area is such an enormous pain. I'm sure it was neat when it came out, but that was a while ago now.

    Does the scorrow have regen? I did him last night and it was just 66k hp grind, didn't take that long to kill him.

    Depends on difficulty I think, but yeah he does regenerate. Or he's supposed to anyway. IIRC, unsurprisingly, there's a bug where you can get him in a non-regenerating state. Which seems almost like the game trying to update itself

    i would have loved to see epic gianthold, reaver's reach, necro 4, subterrain, vale and shavarath epified because it was a great endgame design as it was. But they ruin and dumb down every pack they update (no litany, crucible removed as a flaggin quest, epic shroud with no vale quests -"new" quests are really lacking the epic feeling the vale had- no litany of the dead, loot synergy between RR and SubT already ruined, etc...). Please, if you ever do this, leave the stories, flagging and everything as they are. Old heroic packs are the only thing we have left that has RPG and D&D feeling (example: litany riddle - you have to know about alignements and what's going on in the story if you want to solve it without the wiki)
