This looks similar to my new tracret, except its at 14 and 15.

That we are inside "turbine border" and then both received the time out indicates an inside network issue.

Trying out a brand new toon w/o guild or ship buffs, wandering around atm, very little hitching in Khyber public areas atm...

Am suspicious of guild renown, completionist type buffs, internal/external networking, etc...
