    Default EE Thunderpeak

So last night I put up a lfm for an EE Thunder peak.

My biggest concern was that we could possibly be overwhelmed by trash mob, and I was right. We went in, everything good since the the two purple fire elemental & trash spawn with an instant red alert plus lag. End of the story, wipe in matter of second.

So now I'm asking at more experienced players here, how you handle it?
    Triple Heroic & Epic completionist. Eroic : 42/42 - Epic : 36/36 - Iconic : 12/12.

Having someone kite around the magma brutes also alleviates pressure from the party by not wasting their time trying to beat them down.

so really...you have 2 dragon kiters, 1 magma brute kiter and the rest can go around and beat things down or heal (if applicable). after the fragment explodes then you can divert some resources into killing the dragons, then gather around the chests and hack away at whatever is left standing.

What I see in most EN or EH pug runs, people don't usually follow trash spawning pattern ( south dogs > south skellies > north dogs > north skellies, repeat for the whole raid, double skelly spawn with Purple Elementals ) and lack of situational awareness.
Usually complete mess where everybody is kiting their few trash mobs, unable to kill them quick, or unaware they have mobs ( or even dragon ) on them for so long. Or ranged fighting at the edge of the map, away from everybody else. Dying by their own, out of range of heals or raises.
That would get people killed on EE.
Please, noone is impressed by your killcount so get those mobs where they can be seen and killed by your party.

You should assign ranged kiter ( or caster ) on each dragon, if you have other ranged toon, let them keep brutes busy. It makes lives of others much easier.
Much better to use Comets, Webs, Discos, Sunbursts, Earthquakes, Mass Holds, Ottos, Consecrations, Soundburst and PWS, Tactical Detonations and fight together than kite fests. Easier to heal, easier to cc, easier to raise.
Do not push the raid ( both dragons to 70% ) when you have alert.
Do not fight trash in the dragon kiting pattern. Always good to get some aoe up where you expect the next spawn to appear.
You don't have to kill the mobs, just get enough aggro and bring them to your "main force".
Always helps to get trash of your kiter if you have nothing else to do.
Killing casters first stuns all skellies for short time.
Do not attack dragon immediately after each aggro reset ( when they come to Meridian ). Kiter should always have one Adrenaline or Ruin ready to grab them. And again, people have to be aware to move immediately to kiting area if they get dragon aggro.

If you die, please let people know where you are, it's a big area, almost impossible to heal / raise. The last thing you need as healer there is to keep looking for a soulstone.

Always know who is dragon kiter, be prepared to raise them quick. No big deal when they die, just raise them fast.
I think the spawning mechanics knowledge is the most important for trash management, you don't need more than 2 or 3 good melees and maybe a caster for that. Melees should primary focus on Salamanders or dogs, skeletons can be easily instakilled/ nuked down.
And like every other raid, it's much easier with self sufficient people that don't die immediately to first few trash mobs.
