Deadly-Strike not recharging (?)

Hi Folks!

I was on my fighter on yesterday, leveling US destiny. Twists were Momentum swing, purge the wicked and Healing spring.
All Action boosts were up to 9. The Counter for deadly strike was 0. I went to tavern - nothing. I went in quest for resting shrine - nothing. hast-boost, power surge etc all workign fine and recharging. The Counter for deadly strike wasn´t able to recharge on this one. Send a bug Report, no reply yet.

Anyone else made this experience? after all, i reset my enhancements and switched over to other enchantments, not choosing deadly strike again

Yep it's useless...the problem with not taking it is that it's a prereq to one with the blade.

Deadly strike uses the Action boost "Attack" where you get a + to hit bonus. If you don't have it, deadly strike has 0 action boosts. I found out the hard way, but since I multi classed pally I grabbed attack from the tier 1 KoC and deadly strike worked.

Deadly Strike: Focus Melee Attack: Expend a use of Action Boost: Attack to perform a melee attack that is automatically considered a critical threat. On Vorpal: 500 damage.

What made me wonder was, that i had a stack of 12 when i was in Dreadnought and could use it by spending boosts without having the Action boost: attack.

I think something changed along the way. My horc L27 pure fighter also had DS and working without attack action boost. I think it may have used the haste boost when I used DS though.
