    Default Lesser to Greater Tome upgrade

    what are people who use the lesser tome, TR, then try to use the greater tome supposed to do so that they can upgrade?

    Can't you just may the 600 TP and upgrade?

    No, this is a known issue.

    If you eat a lesser tome, then TR, it does not let you upgrade. Last I saw this was a bug that was known, and hadn't had an official fix yet.

    I think Tolero stated that this can be handled through in game support now.

    Ugh...didn't know about that one. Got a guy ready to TR...have to keep that one in mind.

    Just thought I'd post an update, contacted in game support and they were able to fix it. thanks for the responses!

    When did you put the in game support request in? They didn't have the ability to handle these support requests when the problem was first found, maybe try re-submitting it?

    Just get the upgrade before TRing and you should be fine.

    After getting the run around I posted another ticket in "In-game" support stating that I was getting ping ponged between supports.

    A GM responded, apologized, fixed the issue and waited to make sure it was fixed and everything was working.

    Besides the frustration of getting the run around, nicely done on fixing my issues.
