No lesser tome mask or figurine

Has anyone else not gotten their lesser learning tome figurine or mask upon activating? My main got the Pets and all two alts got their stuff but a third got nada he had the activating item I used it but the items didn't appear in my inventory like the other times

I pre-purchased the collector's edition of the MOTU Expansion and encountered several glitches.

Figurine of Wondrous Power
- I did not receive the figurine of wondrous power on my main character when I opened it. (This was the first character I used to redeem the MOTU gear). I did receive the greater tome on this character. He was not level 18 so I thought this might be causing a problem (figurine is ML 18).
- I opened a level 20 character and redeemed gear. I got lesser tome (as expected) and a figure.
- I opened a 3rd character (level 7) and got a figurine (this was asurprise).
I opened a 4th character - no figurine.

Turbine Point Special
- I purchased the 11000 TP bundle because it was a good deal. I did not get the points (!!!!).

Anyone else experiencing glitches?

Is the 11000 points a coupon code purchase? If so, they might email it to you.

I am eager to know more details about the figurine and if it is permanent...

Is the figurine limited duration like a hireling?

The email I got didn't have a redemption code for the turbine points, and I didn't get them added to my total so I assume they aren't automatically added when you redeem your ticket. Any word on how this is supposed to work? So far every other item has appeared in my inventory. The points are all I'm missing.

no it's perma, it also acts like a gold seal hireling, you can summon it anywhere.

I saw a message saying "You put your figurine in blablabla"....didn't had time to see the end, but it's just gone. Not in any bag, not in bank, not in shared bank, can't buyback from a vendor.. I want my pet!

Just bug reported it.

Figurine is a "hireling" so probably went into a hireling folder.

my wizard didnt get ANYTHING. none of my toons own a hireling folder, i didnt get my tome, mask, panther, nothing. if i cant get them then i want a freaking refund- those tomes of learning were the ONLY reason i bought the 80 dollar expansion.

Its nice to enthusiastically log on U13, hear in guild wow i got my greater tome and goodies.....

I head to my inventory to find my Pre-launch ticket, activate it and receive nothing.

I start U13 with a semi-regret of shelling 80 bucks + the tp pack and starting off my U13 expereince by writting up a ticket to the GM's.

Fix IT!!!!!!!!!!

Figurine is in the hireling folder - good call - ty.

I do have the spider-mask on every alt so far.

Still no sign of the TP.

I tried reentering the code and no luck.
