Cookies that Give 4.5 mil XP?

Since the can of worms has been opened on pay-to-win (+3 tomes in stores) and since U12 includes pez dispensors for rare epic scrolls, let's just fast forward to the inevitable end game of this all please.

TR'ing is "too grindy". I'd like DDO store cookies that I can om nom nom for 4.5 million XP per nom. I don't want to actually play the low level stuff, just want the XP Will pay any price and will take 42 of them please. Thank you.

Also, the following epic shards are "too grindy" and would like pez dispensors for them as well please:

- ring of spell storing
- sword of shadows

And cleansing stone from shroud is "too grindy". Running 20 shrouds is just lame at this point. It's only fair those are in the DDO store too.

+4 tomes...yep..."too grindy". Let's get cracking on getting those uploaded to the store.

Actually, logging into the game is kinda grindy as well. Can we do something about that as well?

u12 has free epic scrolls? thought it was a 3 to 1 exchange only without the seals and shards, and since it was never that hard to get scrolls in the first place not sure how p2w this is

I am following established forum protocol for getting things changed around here: crying about how stuff is too hard and throwing the term "too grindy" out liberally...even though games like this are grind by nature and removing grind from this MMO makes about as much sense as taking guns out of a first person shooter.

Honestly, kudos to Turbine for removing some grind aspects of the game. But they're no where near as much as an easy button or pay to win as you're suggesting. Not even in the same galaxy.

The scroll trade is not pay to win the mere fact that there's no paying to Turbine involved. It does make it seem like rare scrolls will appear like rain, but you still have to be capable enough to run epic sands quests. It doesn't matter if you think it's too easy, the desert scroll system was horrendously broken and this is a great change.

I disagree with selling +3 tomes in the store, but in reality the bonuses they provide are very small, or nonexistent if you have an even score with a +2. Plus, they're expensive. Only people who think +20 HP, +1 to DC's/attack/damage/saves/skills/etc. is worth $25 would buy them. The power between a toon that bought +3 tomes and one that only has +2 is very, very small. I don't like the fact thar they're selling them, though.

This entire rant makes absolutely no sense.

The "winning" in DDO is accomplishing things, and "paying to win" means buying things that save time so you can accomplish things. The DDO store is overloaded with items that allow you to save time. Hand-picking a couple of items to complain about and then sarcastically extrapolating them into ridiculous ideas is.. lame.

And childish. Why don't you try actually making a rational point?

Tell us what you do and do not want in the DDO store. And if the answer is "nothing" and "everything", tell us how Turbine is supposed to make any money at this.
