New Spell: Wave

Water Savant doesn't even have any water spells, it's all Ice.

So instead of renaming it to Ice Savant, why not add a water spell?

My idea was something like the "Gust of Wind" spell, but only a wave that washes things away and knocks people down.

It could also put out Fire Elementals and immobilize Warforged due to rust, or something. (Reflex save?)

Some of these ideas may not be the best for the spell, but the primary idea of this thread is "More Water Spell Plz"!

As an aside, what is ice? Frozen water. Technically we do already have a boatload of water spells. Just in non-liquid form. It doesn't become NOT water when you make it cold.

To be fair the only real ice spells are snowball storm, ice storm, and frost lance, since the other spells are all cold, which does not necessarily = ice.

Also, we have horrid wilting, which is sorta a water spell!

well... technically, horrid wilting is a salt spell (anti-water) and is untyped damage. but no, we do not need water spells, especially when there is water in only like 2% of quests. sure... you could draw it out of the air... but then you'd need either a lot or die from lack of water in the air

By that thinking all of the fire spells would take all of the warmth out of the air and all of our toons should be freezing to death. I don't see that happening though...

uhmm.... you cant die from lack of humidity.... so yeah... :/ we dont drink water while breathing

and eh... ddo has different ruels than the world of avatar tlab. Meteor swarm certainly isnt drawn from anywhere, neither is fireball, acid blast, frost lance, any spell really.... its evocation, not manipulation.
