I actually wish they hadn't put the +5 jump on - I think it sets a bad precedent for the cosmetic stuff. Not that it isn't nice, but now people are going to expect a boost with their dress up gear.

Hmm, I prefer my Three Corner Hat. I like the clicky visual change and wear whatever I want instead of having to swap out my freaking bunny hat in public places. But then, its only a rumor, but I hear wearing a bunny hat in the Wilderness automatically makes mobs aggro on you.

That character doesn't have UMD, and I'm off the game for the moment, so checking will be a tad difficult.
It shouldn't, as the cartouche is also a competence bonus.

The bonus to UMD on a helm is fab. I like the fluffy Bunny Hat more than the Dire, though they're both hot stuff. Bunny is cute, Dire is wicked.
