I don't think expanding crit ranges or multipliers is a good fix for this weapon and also think it should be a very rare add on for any weapon epic or not.

The fact that the attack and dmg modifiers on thsi weapon are for charisma not strength really pigeonholes the characters that would want this even with a x4 multiplier. Even most warchanters and pally's have a str mod much higher than their cha mod. So this leaves melee focused sorcs and spellsingers with at least a cha mod higher than their str mod for this weapon to benefit over a regular x3 crit khopesh. Not too many of those out there especially with a feat to grant khopesh proficiency. To make this a beneficial item to those builds I would think going absolute law instead of true law would be a better fix along with one more thematically appropriate mod and a red slot instead of colorless to help beat some dr.

The Epic Dynastic Falcata could be marginally useful if it also granted weapon proficiency khopesh.

As is, Epic Vendor trash.

Can you make a docent with the same properties as the epic dragonscale robe from a GH blue dragonscale crafted docent and red dragon scales? How many red scales is needed?

Turned out exactly the same as with the blue robe.
I combined 20 Flawless red dragonscales, with the white dragonscale docent

Also, this item doesn't appear to be on the list yet either.

Ummm, the one you have open there is not Suulumades chest I believe. I'm pretty sure that one is Horoth's chest, and yes +4 tomes drop from it on normal. Pulled a +4 con tome on my Pally a while back.
