Or, as others have suggested (including Aspenor ), doing away with Weapon Finesse as a Feat and automatically using the better of DEX or STR to hit with finesse weapons (and using the better of STR or DEX to hit with thrown weapons, i.e., everyone has the Brutal Throw Feat).

At worse, remove the 1 BAB prerequisite on Weapon Finesse.
