Transmuting B Sword of Greater Evil Outsider Bane

I honestly have no idea how much this thing is worth as I don't have any Bastard Sword users, and I know it's not an "ideal" weapon type. I know it's better than vendor trash, but how much better?

i have a holy burst d axe of grtr evil and an icy burst one if you would like to trade. i know they r not transmuting, but are more likely to be able to be used by more toons. if not, no biggy. they're just takin up bank space.

it is basically an aritricos weapon it is equivalent to a +5 transmuting Bsword that does an extra 3d6 damage now it is a great weapon if it was a longsword it would go for at least 100k-150k plat on auction house and if it was a kopesh it would go for between 200-300k plat but since it is a basterd sword it is up in the air there are some Bsword weilders but not many best bet would be to keep the post in here and ask for poeple to pm you with an offer for it but if your going to put it up in auction house i would put a buy out of 120k lat but this is just a guesstiment i would see what others here have to say

The fact that it's a Bastard Sword matters little on Normal, as Harry's AC is low enough that the -4 To-Hit from non-proficiency is pretty much irrelevant (many builds will still hit him on a 2). So on Normal, think of it as a +5 Holy Silver Longsword of Pure Good that deals 1 more damage than usual.

On elite, it's garbage unless you have the (very weak) feat Exotic Weapon: Bastard Sword.

Some people would be interested, as some (like me) have characters that are for fun and not just number crunching. (One of my characters has the feat).

Pretty decent weapon but not uber.

This weapon is just as good damage wise as a Mineral 2 weapon. -4 to hit is meaningless. all about the DPS and this one puts out . Should sell for 100-125k plat

Except a greensteel bastard sword has a base 2d8 damage while regular bastard sword has 1d10

But the greater bane puts out an extra d6 damage over Holy acidburst mineral.... so... evens out not that i ever crunch numbers or anything
