lol got 2 looking for a 3rd. They arn't that rare and most people don't use em cause they don't stack with haste. Nice to have if you solo on a few toons and those occasions u dont want to drink a haste pot/clickie or have a caster, infact my guild leader laughs every time I buy one and would think this is over priced. Last one I got was around the plat sale price of an arrow as well and there were a few interested then.

That said I am willing to negotiate a bit on price.

I absolutely agree. I have only seen it drop a few times but then I run shroud regulary and GHT only once or twice per character.

It really isn't so much about its raritiy but what it is worth to people. Most don't worry about it too much because it doesn't stack with haste and have something else useful in the neck spot instead. I quite like it. I think the price is reasonable. If someone wants to sell for the price I'll be happy otherwise I still have 2 capped clerics and another sorc on the way that need blue scale armour/robes so I am going to have to start running tor more often anyway.

Offer still stands, but will be away for about a week.
