Pretty cool but that seemed like longer than 1 round to me. Or are you using a different def of a round than I am used to?

Lol, how is that NOT one round Edit: Oh, I just saw your character levels in your signature, i'm guessing you haven't been in the shroud yet. A few seconds after the boss died in this video he would flown away and you'd have to kill a bunch of trash mobs before getting him. Most good groups take him down in 2 rounds, i've seen some go to 4 or 5

Until this day, the closest i've gotten to one round was like 5/6%. We had crazy DPS, 9 Melees dual wielding on him, no bard. He was clearly going down in one round when we hit a major lag spike (think Part 1 portals where all the swinging starts to happen at a beat) and the clerics couldnt heal anymore so we had to back out

Yeah we were getting major lag in there - you'll see that from about half way through I was only seeing my own swings - I think between the fraps client hogging the CPU/disk and the sheer amount of dps/combat-log the client just gave up the ghost. Other people in the group commented afterwards that they were only seeing their own swings.

Or... I could choose to believe I soloed Harry... hmm

Bah, at least you were swinging - I tried to refresh my fireshield halfway through and couldn't due to lag :P. When I got the notification that I had died, I still had half health on my screen, but sure enough he was dead a few seconds later.

I was in a guild run a few weeks ago where it went off against one of the Lieutenants in p5 when the casters were refilling. The aggro holder (non-Intimidate build) forgot it did ~600 damage in one shot. Took him a minute to get aggro back.

You should have titled this One dwarf solos Harrry in Part 4 in one round. I mean if I were in that group I would be watching the mighty dwarf twf too..

It was so laggy everyone thought they were the only one doing anything. Two people dropped dead thinking they still had half their HP leftover.

Serious DPS in that group last night. I don't think I've ever seen Harry die so fast.

Nice work, guys awesome job.

Been in 2 (mostly) guild runs where we have taken him down in 1 rnd. Both times we all lagged massively from 50% health - maybe Harry just doesn't like going down in 1 rnd

The first time when I could only see me swinging I just figured I was "teh Uber"

Is it just me or the lag in part 4 is just... INSANE! lately?

We've had a times where it was a close call and almost wipe due to lag. Thankfuly we had enough range firepower and UMD'er to finish the fight, but it's happenning very frequently lately. I'd say that part 4 of the Shroud is the laggiest place in the game right now, after the Devil citadel on the way to Vision.

While 4 is bad, I have noticed that part 1 is now the worst for me. I NEVER had an issue with it until about 5-6 weeks ago. Now, I just try to follow the group or go where I think they may be.


Back to the topic at hand, it was a great group and we should do a speed run next. No afks, all zone in together. Maybe this time, Healemup will believe you when its mentioned that he shouldn't have to recall before part 1 to refill SP.

I thought it was funny when he mentioned that he finally had to heal someone halfway through 1.

Oh, it's not just you. The lag in part 4 and on the way to VoD is just nuts. I can't figure out why, either. On the way to VoD I think it's all the teleporting devils, but those aren't in part 4 while fighting Harry.

It's just absurd, really.
