GreatEye and spill, please explain why what I proposed will not work for you:

Favor for unlocking builds is account-wide. Merge the favor credits from all characters on your account to obtain total account favor. You retain any gains made by deleted characters. Use one character, or many, to explore all the content. The result is the same as far as build rewards are concerned.

Seems to be the perfect solution for the obsessive reroller. You get to play and reroll as many characters as you want. There is plenty of favor to hit 1750 even if you stop at level 10 each time. Why wouldn't this work?

I don't believe your solution would work for Spill, since he doesn't care to run anything more than once per character apparently. (How he reconciles that without having a problem running any given quest multiple times with myriad characters is beyond me.) I don't know if you would reach 1750 running level 10 and under content to elite, but I'm certain if you only ever run on normal, you won't hit 1750 any time soon. As to TheGreatEye, I don't recall his playstyle so I don't know how your proposal would or would not affect him.

Personally, though I have two 1750 characters (and a third is about 200 favor away), I think your proposal is a good one, and it would be in line with 32 point builds being an account award rather than character award... tome to a character that solely reaches 1750, but 32 point unlock to an account that (after disallowing duplicate favor for the same quest) would have 1750 if all character achievements were joined.
