Jeweled Key in A Cry for Help

There is a Jewled Key in A Cry for Help, you get it from the chest in the final room.

There is also a hidden area under the water, which requires a good search, and some fighting with another chest.

Doing a search on these forums indicates nothing about where the hell the jewled key goes, we searched for a good while and found nothing.

Also someone mentioned a color wheel, which we were unable to find.

Can anyone help me out on either or both of where the key goes and where the wheel is?

The jeweled key is used to unlock the cell doors found next to that chest.

I ran this yesterday. We didn't find any "color wheel" but I'm pretty sure the jeweled key opened the gate for the lady. If not then I guess we missed something.

The wheel is in the fire cage in between the shrines. You can barely see it. But I have no idea what it is for. We looked for an hour and could not find how to get to it. Though we did find the hidden lever under the water to open the eastern gate in the water.
