I have a greater radiancey helm and a greater potency staff do the affects stack?

Nope, items don't stack with items. You take the best +% based on spell level and damage type (SuperiorCombust3 beats GrPotency4 for Fireball, but GrPotency4 wins for Firewall). Items do stack with enhancements if you've chosen them.

For clerics that use the spell flame stike I think they do work together but not stack. Potency also work on unsual dmg spells like blade barrier.

Are you positive of this? I have been shown several occasions where the results would counter the statement that these do not stack.

Too bad we don't have a rating which shows an overcharge % (ie, +40%) on a spell tool tip.
