Does Flanking Mastery stack with Halfling Cunning?

Ok, I need to know pretty much what the title says, Does Flanking Mastery stack with Halfling Cunning?

I do know that both are selectable, and don't become blocked when one chooses the other.

But I can think of enhancements that do stack with each other and enhancements that don't, so I am not sure about what principle is governing the process.

Tho if I were to guess it would be that racial enhancements stack with class enhancements (like human charisma with paladin charisma), but class enhancements don't stack with other class enhancements (like sorcerer Energy of the Dragonblooded with paladin Energy of the Templar). Is that the governing principle?

well, a simple alternative would be to try respeccin to see if your total bonus to hit on the die roll thingy showes. I do have a halfling tank and one of my tricks is that if I do not have aggro, I get better bonus's to hit and damage souley because of the halfling bonus, but then again, I never did the math to see if it works myself. I will post here if I notice a change.
