It takes 550 not 540. According to the pattern it should be 540, but DDO does it different and requires 110k to lvl up twice.

A much easier and faster way....notice that if you apply the TR increased xp formula to the second table the "normal" numbers will not change to the "1st TR" numbers. This means that the second table is wrong.

Just curious, but without the use of xp potions, are you in danger of running out of xp on your second reinc?

running out? Impossible. You can always farm explorer rares (at -67% xp) and repeat quests a dozen (does it still go to 0 eventually?) times.

I duno, it drops with repeated runs so i assume it does eventually drop to 0 with enough repeats, never ran anything that much though, there never was a need, you outleveled a zone before running into that issue.

It never goes to 0 unless you out level the quest at the same time. It will go to -99% then if you keep doing it over and over it will say 'Due to completing this quest too many times you cannot get more than XX xp' I've done a few quests before where I farmed it down to where it was a Max of 127 xp for that quest. The first 127 xp I'd get in the quest would then cancel out making 0 for the rest due to the limit placed on it.

Edit: Also I have a character setting at 10. I'll post his XP to hit level 11 in a bit.

Just logged in a lvl 11, it is 660,000 to lvl 12.

Also logged in a lvl 12, it is 780,000 to lvl 13.

you can run a quest 12 time before xp rep kicks in capping your xp at a certain number, BUT you can then go run the other 2 difficulties for full xp . so for max xp you run 12 elite, 1 hard ,1 normal. for 14 runs per quest.

you are in no danger of running out of xp. i got capped on a tr from 874 favor. thats under 1/3rd of the games content. i got almost all of my xp from quests. about 150k~ came from adventure zones. so you dont even really need the adventure areas if you dont like them.

If it's of any use to people, I made a fairly simple google doc with the data here as original source and am verifying the XP numbers as I go through reincarnation(s). I will probably put the XP per rank data in on my next TR character.

The graphs were simply for my own edification, I wanted to see what the curves looked like.

The last two columns (Delta for TR1 and TR2) are absolute numbers, how much higher is a character's XP total above the previous run.

Argue formulas all you want, that's the ingame value.
