    Default Why was my thread locked in this forum?!!!!!

    There are a few reasons on why your thread was locked in the technical assistance forum and they are as follows:
    • The thread you made is not regarding a technical assitance issue.
    • You posted a bug on the technical assitance forum. Please click here to report a bug.
    • You created a new thread regarding a service outage when there are existing threads that have received an official response posted either in Service news or in another existing thread. Please check Dev Tracker or Service Tracker before posting about a Service issue.
