Need help finding a missing item. Zeef's amulet. Me and a guildie have been working on finding it, but can't get it to spawn out of Zeef's chest.

I have a screenshot of one that was in the auction house last night so it must still be dropping. The only reason I took the screenshot was because of your post (guess it stuck in my head) I'll get it ready for you next week.

In lue of going through 20 or so pages I have a quick question:

Ring of Trollish Regeneration: Yes no longer drops, but did they delete this from the game altogether or are pre update rings still around?

No longer drops but they are still out there.. I have one with 10 durability yet that I'm scared to use. I loved that ring too!

You may want to consider clarifying the sections Bloody Crypt Rewards and Shadow Crypt rewards:

It does not matter which crypt altar is used to upgrade the trinket. You get the lesser effect after upgrading at either altar, and the improved effect after upgrading at both altars.

Are you sure? There was a dev post hinting that the system would actually work as follows:
- each altar has a max level (say the bloody crypt is L1 and the shadow crypt is L2)
- using the item on one altar will bring it one level higher, up to the altar max level

Which would mean you could get an improved amulet just by running Shadow Crypt twice.
However, I have not tried it, so I cannot confirm.

I dunno about any of that but I did the silver flame upgrade backwards and it worked.

Unless I hallucinated the whole thing, which I suppose is always a possibility

How I wrote it is how it is at the very least how it is supposed to work. I will try to get some testing in to see if it works how you said it did.

I AM saying you can run the Crypts in whatever order you want and get the upgrade.

I personally have seen this pulled from TS, but it was quite a while back...maybe October or so.

I did not pull it, but I witnessed it being pulled. Couldn't tell ya which chest, as I have since burnt those particular brain cells.

I ahve the eternal wand of charm monster (very good lowbie item, min level 1, 6 umd to use) but I haven't seen the Eternal Wand of Stoneskin.

I also just picked up a stone of good luck from the AH, so I guess those are out there as well. (haven't hear anyone getting them since beta/ gold coin turn ins)

I pulled a good luck stone +1 from stk's final part (the chest across the bridge with all the fire jets) when I was soloing it on elite with my ranger/rogue/wizard for favor. This was no more than 2 months ago.
