helmet?

ive seen people running around with a what seems to be matching helmet for this armor. has forward curved slightly downward horns.

Where does one get it?

That cosmetic armor debuted this year (17th Anniversary) and when the Anniversary Event was up you could farm the tokens to buy a matching Helm conveniently labeled 17th Anniversary Dark Helm.

The matching helm is only available through farming the anniversary event which you just missed so you'll have to wait 10ish months until it comes around again and you can get it. There are probably however a lot of other helms in game that won't match exactly but should look good with it.

what they said. just wanted to add the info about the model, for a helm with horns search the wiki for minos legens and epic minos legens. but it's not black like the event one

There are a number of Mask-Like Helmets, but color matching would be a little difficult.

If anything, you could also look for an armor that conveys the same thing as the anniversary armor (which is built off Medium Dragonscale) and choose a different color scheme.
