Sentient Weapon, Sentient Toolkit, Sparks

Hi guys,

My sentient weapon is max'd in XP at 61k. But I have aquired sparks of logic and I think memory is the other one. If I use the sparks on the weapon, and eventually remove the jewel from it, will the jewel keep the XP above 61k, as well as the sparks' filigree unlocks?

The sparks apply to the jewel. If you move it, they (and the XP) move with the jewel.
