If you have to buy (part of) the 396 pts, just do it.

Hey Cordovan, I've been trying to get a mate into DDO, and finally persuaded him to with the free quest code that you guys had put up, and he has been unable to create the account to play, he even filled out a support ticket for it, that still hasnt been looked at.

Will he be able to activate that code with the quests, if/when support gets to his ticket,
He lodged it before the time f the code ran out, but has been waiting for some sort of actions on it.

Let me say, this is so generous. I'm a long time player as work alows.
Unfortunately I was out of country for a couple of months and couldn't log into the game.
I own most but not all of this content, so I'm just wondering if this amazing offer may return in the future?

This is the 4th year in a row they have offered it so you'll have to wait awhile, but it's starting to look like a regular thing. (They've never committed to bringing it back any of the other times though)
