Weekly Gold Roll not working!

I am a VIP subscriber and yet i've not gotten a free gold roll in over two weeks!! not without paying shards at least!!!
Please look into this and tell me either what im doing wrong or why it is Broken!!

Are your other VIP benefits active?

Just gonna suggest double-checking your payment source to make sure you didn't miss a new CC expiration date or some such.
