Website Purchase Not Accessible In Game

I purchased the Saltmarsh standard expansion tonight from the website, but when I log into my account and head to the tavern, I get the error message when trying to access Saltmarsh that "You do not currently have access to the Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh Content Pack. Buy it now in the DDO Store!"

I've submitted a help ticket, and haven't heard anything. Can any Dev help me out?

I was just trying to get back into the game, redownloaded tonight after a couple of years of not playing. But if something as basic as this is failing and I have to spend a couple hours of my personal time troubleshooting something that should be this simple, I'll just move on again.

Did your purchase go thru (do you see a credit card transaction)? Do you have multiple DDO accounts where you could've bought it on the wrong one? (just checking the basics of things that could've happened)
