So, I went and ordered the Isle of Dread Ultimate Fan Bundle. . .logged in. . .and it's been two or three days now, and nothing. . .sent a ticket to support. . .and not so much as a reply back. Seriously, what is going on with the store now? There a mod out there that can kick support and have them do their job?

Basic question: Did you visit Zalnathe (at the end of the docks past Feywild & trainers) to collect your items? They don't automatically appear in one's inventory...

There should be nothing delivered to your inventory after purchase, but you should have access to the content. If you are looking for the items you will need to speak to Zalnathe in the Harbor to get started.
