Default Is Eldritch Tempest working correctly?

As per U47, Tempest's double damage was "fixed", but since then, the criticals sure don't appear as they're receiving the +3 multiplier. Even when used against large groups, the crits aren't substantially larger than a normal melee critical.

    Is anyone else seeing this?

Normally my physical melee hit are between 2-6k, not counting imbues or other factors.
    Eldritch Tempest should provide…

    +5W
    +10 Critical Threat
    +3 Critical Multiplier

Yet I don’t really see a big increase in physical damage when I use it. Further more, the combat log is at best vage as to what’s taking place. IMHO, it appears as if the +3 multiplier isn’t being applied. Can anyone please confirm this?

Yeah that does sound suspicious. Hopefully someone else can confirm it.

I do not see any problems with my Eldritch Tempest toon. I deal slightly below 300 damage with regular critical hits and slightly above 600 with Tempest crits, which is pretty much in line with what should happen. I have x4 multiplier on regular attacks, x7 on Tempest.
