HELP! Everything is GONE!!!

YIKES!!!

I've logged in this morning to find ALL my mailbox and bank items are gone! Including reincarnation cache.

Also no items appearing on AH or ASAH.

I'm on Thelanis.

Tried relogging but no joy.

Seems to be account wide as mule toons similarly affected.

I've logged a ticket but is anyone else experiencing this and or encountered it/found a solution?

OK that's helpful to know, though I'm sorry others are affected.

Hopefully they can fix it for everyone affected then.

at log in screen i got an "there has been an error" message then logged in and same-thing no banks and no reincarnation cash

On thelanis as well

Same with me on argo, at least one other person who's it happened to.

I lost all stored amenities on my guild airships... not happy. this happened while actively playing on khyber.
checked same on argonnessen and thelanis. pets and mounts gone, guild banks emptied... so not happy!

I was having an issue where all of my guild amenities were gone (when I was trying to change them, none of them showed up in the inventory, and I had the option to "Get and place" the ones I already own. I logged out to see if that would fix it, and started getting the same "there has been an error" error as atralyx when I tried to log back in.

I quit out of the game entirely and relaunched- same error with my mine, but I was able to log into a mule toon. When I logged out from him to try my main again, I got the "Your character is being saved" and "your character could not be saved" errors.

On Argonnessen.

Yup cant log into Thelanis at all

Couldnt log in to Argo or Orien.

When i was playing and interacting with the bank it would come and go.

I was unlading gear in preperation of and ETR, the last time i saw any of my gear that i had put in the bank 2 pieces were missing Goggles and Hat. Esoteric Goggles and Arcsteele helm.

When I finally left i could get nothing to show up, and i know it was happening to several others as well.

Possible, at least I had completed a short IOD quest, yesterday I soloed The Pit, it would have hurt to lose that one.

Can you "SSG" guys/galls please send me a message? when game is totally repaired.
I really don´t want to schedule my free time,
to this kind of rapidly happening self made drama. Self made is not force majeure.

And for those who cry and sacrifice them self often on the forums about game balance etc
and are going have hard feelings about my post.
Yep, my finger points at you guys. Off course not forgetting that devs, are doing poorly with SSG:s help,
using new methods/way to save money and forgot about testing doing everything twice and also uses people who pay to be live beta players.

90% of the people who have really been living and playing this game have earned their power and strength, they really wont sign those
posts what need to do to game and balance.
Sad and ironic part is that devs and SSG stockholders have been listening that crying and are trying to push forward.
to please these loud new comers who are not ready to walk the walk.
SSG tries to create more for newcomers with limited capability..... "repairing" like they say stuff and destroying more at same time cause of forum chit.

I know, i am rude, did pass the line and might not exist tomorrow.
Then, its meant to be.

1.You had a one JOB! Fix the game.
2.Fix the game.
3.Make sure you have fixed the game.
4.Start to respect game community and find out how game works and correct needs for the game and people in it. (like a asked closed)
4.When its balanced you might want to start making totally new game,
and bring only necessary updates and packs here just to keep cash flow for totally new and created game where people can move their chars
with extra goodies what they have earned just by living and walking the path with you. And they "might" help you SSG guys to have something better.
5. You guys could ask! if people can "gift" money for new servers or start mass movement to be light stockholders for old and new what ever it is.
6.D&D earns to be one to remember from online too.

Sounds like one (or multiple) of the back-end DB servers have had a major issue.

This might cause inventories to become inaccessible and also login issues because account info may also be inaccessible.

Was about to login and play on my main thankfully read this first as she's on Thelanis. I was playing yesterday morning and no issues so hoping it's as simple as a DB server s*****g the bed and needing it's instance restarted and not something more significant.

I am absolutely staying off ALL servers until I hear what happened, why and how it was fixed though. Don't want to risk writing any DB records at all.

Items are probably just hidden like the previous bank bug some time ago. They will probably show again when they fix the server stuff

Just checked in and all now seems present and correct.

Too late to play now but glad it's all fixed afaict.

Well i logged on and i'm still missing goggles and helm, i had spares so its not really going to effect me much.
