Efficient Empower Healing + SLA Cure Moderate Wounds

Hi there !

So I'm wondering and too stingy to pay for a tree reset :
I have a SLA version of Cure Moderate Wounds that costs 4SP with Empower Healing Spell always on, if I take Efficient Empower Healing 3/3 that reduces the cost of any spell empowered by Empower Healing Spell by 4, does it mean I now posess a free heal button ?
I know the point of this enhancement is that using the metamagic only increases the cost of the affected spell by 6 instead of 10 but it does not state that, the way it is worded is that any spell affected by the meta has it's cost decreased by 4, and the fact it actually costs 6 points to get the 3 ranks of the enhancement lets me think it's more powerful than it seems.
I think I'm not the first to ask that but I couldn't find an answer anywhere ^^
