It only has 7 augments, which isn't thirteen.
To make it true thirteen, we need more augment 'exclusive' slots for it.
8. [Crimsom Augment Slot]: only accepts red-type augments
9. [Golden Augment Slot]: only accepts yellow-type augments
10. [Skyblue Augment Slot]: only accepts blue-type augments
11. [Rainbow Augment Slot]: only accepts non-red/yellow/blue augments. (Yes to orange/green/purple/colorless, no to blue/yellow/red)
12. [Black Augment Slot]: accepts every augment
13. [Void Augment Slot]: rejects every augment (lol)
Guess what will happen when it can slot 13th augment that is dedicated to this....

BTW, Thirteen isn't a reference to any number of slots. It's the name of the Beholder from which you get the sword.
