My latency used to be around 20-40 and has recently increased to around 350-400... Anyone else seeing this?

Latency is a function of distance. Physics.
Check with your ISP. Absolutely not a result/cause of the game itself. If your latency has increased your ISP peering and path you take to their servers is the cause. 100% no relation to SSG and their hosting of the game.The Nak Abides - Argo - Ascent

Also check that your computer is not continually checking or downloading in the background. Left click the hidden icons in lower right corner of tray... sometimes a program puts itself there and is constantly pulling data etc. Something that happened to me recently that was causing me connection/lag issues.
