Suggestion: Runearm crafting

So I was thinking why crafting on runearms is generally so bad - you can craft eternal faith on the runearm but not evocation focus?

I was going to suggest with the new 400 level recipies, add a runearm focus + insightful runearm focus recipie just for runearms and then I had the craziest idea: why can't we 'craft' runearms on our own? Like choose a look, choose a shot type and damage, apply a minimum level which governs imbue level and max tier and two abilities on it, three with 'extra cannith mark' after level 10.
