After months of posting and two separate threads, I present my Original Work, released for use in anyway.

The Cosmetic Draconic Racial Features are unlocked by completing the Racial Past Lives; this cosmetic feature is exclusive to this race and accompanies the traditional skill, ability, and the additional unique upgrade of 1 UNIVERSAL ENHANCEMENT POINT (in place of a Racial Point).

The Community Adjustment Period has ended, and all changes and suggestions are documented in Iteration 1 and 2 threads.

I am very proud to present the Half Dragon Template. Reskin any race to any degree!

Racial Feats:

Magical Training: Dragon blood is magic incarnate.

Master Key-- Attempt to pick a lock - with your claws. This ability operates as an Open Lock check using your concentration skill + highest ability modifier. Thieves Tools are not required nor do they affect the chance to succeed.

Racial Skills:

Spellcraft and Jump are never considered a cross skill when leveling up.

Core1: Claws of the Dragon--You gain proficiency with handwraps. Your attack animations with handwraps changes. (Use claw attack animations and effects from Razor claw Shifter). 1 AP.

Core2: CON. 2 AP.

Core3: Lore--You gain +1 imbue die. 1 AP.

Core4: CON. 2 AP.

Core5: Perfectly Honed-- Your base handwrap attacks are considered one step higher. 1 AP.

TIER 1

Dragon Bone Claws--+1 to hit and +1 damage with handwraps. 2 AP. 1 Rank.

Fluid Strikes--While centered, you gain +[3/6/10]% Offhand Strike Chance. 1 AP. 3 Ranks.

Sharper Instincts-- You gain +1/2/3 to assassinate dcs. 3 Ranks.

Triple Threat-- You Gain, +1/2/3 Diplomacy, Bluff, Intimidate. 1 AP. 3 Ranks.

Lore--You gain +1 imbue die. 1 AP. 1 Rank.

TIER 2

Draconic Sight--Your irises are vertical and penetrate into the ethereal plane. Gain True Seeing. Costs 2 AP.

Aegis of the Mother--Gain +3/5/7 Physical Resistance Rating, and +3/5/7 AC. Costs 2 AP. 3 Ranks.

Scaled Elasticity-- +10 Maximum Hit Points and +10 Healing Amplification. 2 AP 1 Rank.

Dragon Bone Claws II--+1 to hit and +1 damage with handwraps. 2 AP. 1 Rank.

TIER 3

Ancient Resolve--you gain 5% quality hit points. Costs 2 AP.

False Anticipation-- +1/+2/+3 Armor Maximum Dexterity Bonus and Maximum Dodge Bonus. 1 AP. 3 Ranks

Blood Memory-- +1 Caster Level and +2 Max Caster Level. 2 AP. 1 Rank.

Winged Entrance-- Rush forward, dealing +[2/4/6]W to targets near you when you land. +[1/2/3] Critical Threat Range and +[1/2/3] Multiplier with this attack. When this attack ends enemies must pass a
Balance check or become tripped. Enemies that fail this save are considered helpless. DC: 10 + Character Level + Highest ability modifier + Assassinate bonuses.Cooldown 10 seconds, with a 1.3 second shared cooldown with other cleave attacks. 1 AP. 1 Rank.

Power of the Dragon-- +3/+6/+10] Melee Power, Ranged Power and Universal Spell Power. 2 AP. 3 Ranks.


TIER 4

Tale of the Dragon--You lash out with your tail to attack against multiple targets. Activate this ability to attack for +2/3/5[W] in a cleave. Your Tail will deal an additional 3d6/6d6/10d6 damage that scales with 200% of Melee or Ranged Power, whichever is higher. Your also attack also attempts to decapitate the targets, causing them to die instantly. Your target is slowed by 30% for 10 seconds whether they make the Saving Throw or not. Decapitate DC: 10 + Character Level + Highest ability modifier + Assassinate bonuses.Cooldown 10 seconds, with a 1.3 second shared cooldown with other cleave attacks. Costs 2 AP.

Draconic Knowledge-- The effects of spell point items are doubled. If you already have this feat you gain 5% spell points. 1 AP.

Dragon Bone Claws III--+1 to hit and +1 damage with handwraps. 1 AP. 1 Rank.
