I just reincarnated my main as a Dark Hunter, and found that all Ranger trees, including Dark Hunter, are locked. Tooltip says "requires at least one level of Ranger". Has this happened to anyone else?

Level 1 Dark Hunter cannot access enhancements -- bug?

Never mind. I saw my 1 enhancement point and could not figure out why only my racial tree is open. It is the racial enhancement point, from 3 Shifter past lives. Not a bug.
