ok, i already suggested this idea years ago... now i want to propose it 1 more time:

give 1 racial point per heroic level, starting with 1 at lvl 1 (20 at level 20)

why ? because that would open extra build options, without going over the 80 class ap cap.

enhancements in racial trees are probably taken less often then those in class trees, this would give more flavor to a race choice. (and iconics at 15 would immediately get 15 extra points to spend in their exclusive tree only.)
