Allow us to purchase deadly weapons scroll from guild vendors

Nobody plays Artis anymore. Very few who does, are on TR cycle and we dont have enough at cap to get the deadly weapons bonus. Please add Deadly weapons and other DR breaking spells from artis to guild vendors so we can purchase them.

These are rare scrolls no different than any others
