Cannith crafting level 30 (34)

Heyas, I had a question about Cannith Crafting.

When I go into the planner it says 30 (34).

Let's say I was to make a Belt with CON and False Life.

If I use 30 (34), I get 15 CON and 57 False Life.

If I use level 30,I get 13 CON and 51 False Life.

I generally use Cannith Gear for leveling and have a lot at level 21.

I was just curious, should I be making this level 30 gear at that 30 (34)?

Or will it actually be minimum level 32 or even 34 and be un-equippable?

Speculation on my part thinks that I can still use it at level 30. Though unsure if they change the maximum level later of it will retroactively change the Minimum level.

As of now, at level 30, my stats are actually lower across the board vs my level 21 gear due to holes in my gear tetris. I plan on farming better gear with this gear.

Oh, I did try Google and a forum search and it just gives me guides on HOW to level my Cannith Crafting. So I did look.

The 30(34) stuff is old. You make 30, 31, 32 shards now.
