Dragon's Blood is only for spontaneous casters. The three classes that scribe spells to their spellbooks have to scribe those, which means finding scrolls.

It’s not that good anymore ? That was a 2010 thing.

Plenty of ways to crush without it.

The quickest way to do this is a Lesser Reincarnate as lets you pick spells as you level up through the process once more.
