BUG? Dino Neck giving 14 attribute instead of 15?

IGNORE THIS .. it actually does grant 15, but the raid-filigree display bug conned me into thinking I had slotted a 2 dex fili when I actually only put in a non-raid 1 dex fili (raid filigrees display as non-raid on the mouse-over for minor artifacts, so they both look the same)

I thought they fixed this one, but my Dino Neck is only giving 14 DEX instead of 15 as it should.

I acquired and slotted it fairly recently -- long after 55.3 that supposedly fixed that problem. I only noticed the issue when trying to resolve some discrepancies between builder and game. The builder isn't 100% correct for many stats, but the attributes are usually exact. So, I started popping items on and off to check that they had the totals they should -- suspecting it was my error and I'd not fully synchronized them.

Unfortunately, removing the neck only removed 19 DEX (dino bonus + 4 Filigree + 1 Exceptional augment), which implied dino was only giving 14.

Did the bug return or did perhaps only some dino artifacts receive the fix, but not the neck? Anyone else with a dino neck slotted for an attribute increase able to check if it's delivering the correct attribute bonus of 15?

I also noticed another oddity about the neck. It's slotted for deception +11 = 11 sneak attack 17 sneak damage, but popping it on/off shows it's actually giving 12 & 18. Wondering a bit if perhaps the wrong dino-augment was given the fix or if this is just a normal effect.
