Dull Dagger

My dull dagger does not have "I will reward your faith" in the description. The wiki says "Important Note: If you equip Dull Dagger on a character without Follower of the Blood of Vol before fully upgrading it, it will lose Favor of the Blood of Vol
and you will need to give it this lesser upgrade again before you can fully upgrade it."

How do I get this lesser upgrade back on it? Is it a spell or do you have to be a Follower of the Blood of Vol?

I was curious, would the upgrade work on any Manifest Zone: Dolurrh effect? (like Necro 3?)
Has anyone tested that?

Might not make the upgrade that much easier, but I was just curious about it, given the chase.

It is not the Dolurrh environment effect that upgrades the dull dagger. It is Lady Vol using the Mark of Death dragonmark that does it. That only happens in the Mark of Death raid.
