is there a way to poke support?

i have been unable to transfer to sarlona (from ghallanda) since day one of transfers. i believe it is because these characters were previously on sarlona. i can transfer other characters to sarlona, i can transfer the characters in question to orien, but i would like to be with my guild. day one i log a ticket, no response for three weeks until they shut down transfers and say "everyone is having issues with transfers" and close the ticket. grrr. so i wait until they open the transfers back up and i am having the exact same problem. i open another ticket, refer to original ticket, and i hear crickets. no "we are looking at it", no "we can't fix it", no "this is a known issue" no nothing. it is frustrating, being a VIP customer as so many others on the forums are, to get zero response on a support ticket for weeks. if any of the support people are reading this, just put an "assigned" or something on the ticket to shut me up

Any chance your guy is a guild leader? That's the only thing that should stop someone from being transferred (usually).

I was thinking the same thing about being a guild leader, but they state that the characters can transfer to Orien. I’m guessing Sarlona is not selectable in the UI, but Orien is?

Other players have posted about transferring characters back to Sarlona/Orien during the free transfer period, after paying to move them sometime in the past. So, it doesn’t seem like these characters originating from Sarlona should be a problem. However, this is DDO, and things don’t always work as they should.

Could try going to Orien, then from Orien to Sarlona?

The guild leader thing will definitely stop you. There is a warning not to transfer back to the characters original world for 14 days, but it does not say that that is enforced.

It is delectable in the UI I get an error email saying transfer didn’t work…I am not in a guild in orien.
