There is a heavy tax but it is the only way to get AS from one account to another. 70% of AS is better than 100% of AS on an account where they won't be needed. And it was likely free money anyway.

So, people have found a way to post something on the ASAH while not owning the shards to post it and then do get them refunded when the item isn't sold?
Is that the hassle that is going on?
